TWIGS Youth
Teens Working In Growing Spiritually
A place to belong. A place to grow.
A place to have fun and follow Jesus together.
Students in 6th-12th grade
Sundays | 6:00pm - 8:00pm
A place for students to grow
TWIGS is a place where students can grow closer to Jesus, build real friendships, and be part of a community where they can be themselves and not feel out of place.

What a Sunday night looks like
Every Sunday from 6:00 - 8:00 PM at church (unless otherwise posted), students gather for snacks, games, and worship, followed by time spent in God's Word. Some nights this happens through a teaching time together, and other nights through small group conversations.
Small groups are separated by gender to create a space where students feel comfortable being open, build trust, and grow together.
Special events
Once a month, we replace our regular Sunday night with a special event where students can have fun, invite friends, and build friendships. This includes Scavenger Hunts, Mario Kart Tournaments, Christian Skate Nights, and more!
We also participate in two larger events: Fall Fest and the Forest Lake Districts Youth Conference (Districts). Fall Fest at Lake Lundgren is a weekend retreat focused on unplugging and connecting to God and each other. Districts is a regional weekend gathering where students connect with students from all over the area to worship God and dig into His Word.
Registration is open for
the 2026-27 school year!
You don't need to register to try it out—just come!
Registration is requested for students who attend regularly so we have proper contact and emergency information on record.

For parents
TWIGS exists to help students grow in their faith, develop a lasting foundation in Christ, and build strong relationships. We aim to create an environment that is both meaningful and fun.
Our leaders are background-checked and committed to creating a safe, welcoming, and Christ-centered environment where students are known and cared for. You can expect clear communication, consistent structure, and a team of leaders who deeply care about your student(s).
For younger students
We also have a children's ministry where younger students can learn about Jesus and have fun in a safe, age-appropriate environment.
